‘Break-ups, singledom, and wedding etiquette may not be wholly original territory for a female stand-up, but Diane Morgan does it better than most. Runner-up in the 2006 Funny Women awards, Morgan quit her job packing worming tablets in a factory, and a chip shop called ‘Le Chipperie’ to do stand up. If that’s not reason enough to see her, I don’t know what is.’
